On Options screen using the 2nd Controller , press C, UP, RIGHT, DOWN, LEFT, A, RIGHT and DOWN. You will Hear power-up sound. After you begin the game you can skip levels by pausing the game and pressing C, A, B before un-pausig the game. You will see a row of small green dots all across the screen. Press START to skip to the next level.
