Level select:
Turn on the system and hold Up/Left + A on controller two. When the Sega logo appears, press Start on controller two. When the title screen appears, press Start on controller one, while holding Up/Left + A. Select either 1P or 2P and press Start on controller one, while still holding the buttons on controller two.

Fifteen lives:
Press Up(2), Down, Left, Right, A(2), C at the starting screen.

Moonwalk:
Hold Attack and press the D-pad in the opposite direction of where he his facing.

Transform into the mechanical robot:
Rescue the indicated hostage first when playing the corresponding level.

Level 2-1 Rescue the girl in the window located in the upper left. Jump and get the shooting star that will appear.

Level 2-2 Go to the top of the garage and rescue the only child at this location.

Level 2-3 Enter the elevator and go up one floor. Rescue the child on that floor to get the shooting star.

Level 3-1 Rescue only the child in the top-far right of the level

Level 3-2 Rescue the first girl located behind the rock.

Level 3-3 Go to the left side of the waterfall. Look up and rescue the child above this location.

Level 4-1 Rescue only the child above the waterfall (that is not hidden in a cave)

Level 4-2 Rescue only the child in the cave immediately underneath you when you start the level.

Level 4-3 Rescue only the child behind the waterfall to the right from where you start the level

Level 5-1 Go down the stairs and use the teleport on the far left to go to the top-right of the screen. Rescue only the child that is visible on the screen (not the one behind the door)

Level 5-2 Move right and rescue only the child behind the door on the top platform. You will need to jump on the platform first, then jump to the left to reach the platform.
