Saint Sword (セイントソード?) is a 1991 action video game for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive. Players control the legendary warrior Macress as he travels back in time in order to prevent the demon Gorgon before he takes over the entire world. There are seven stages for gamers to play through; most of the enemies in each stage are merely a palette swap of each other. Defeating enemies allow Macress to gain access to power-ups that will give him physical enhancement like angel's wings and the strong body of a horse.

Sally Acorn in Sonic the Hedgehog (aka Sally in Sonic 1) is a fan-made ROM of the game Sonic the Hedgehog for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis, with Princess Sally Acorn as a playable character in place of Sonic the Hedgehog.The game was modified by Sonic Retro member E-122-Psi, with additional programming and coding by other members including Snkenjoi,MarkeyJester, Aquaslash,Selbi and Hayate.

Samurai Shodown, known as Samurai Spirits (サムライスピリッツ Samurai Supirittsu?, Samu Supi in short) in Japan, is a competitive fighting game developed and published by SNK for their Neo Geo arcade and home platform. Released in 1993, it is the first installment in the Samurai Shodown series. In contrast to other fighting games at the time which were set in modern times and focused primarily on hand-to-hand combat, Samurai Shodown is set in feudal-era Japan (similar to Kaneko's Shogun Warriors) and was one of the first fighting games to focus primarily on weapon-based combat after the success of Capcom's Street Fighter II.

Scooby-Doo Mystery is the name of two video games released by Acclaim in 1995 based on the Scooby-Doo animated series. One of the games was released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System and is an adventure game with platforming elements. The other title, released for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis is a more traditional adventure game with a point-and-click-style interface. In both games, players take control of Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo, who help solve various mysteries with other members of Mystery Incorporated who serve minor roles during gameplay.

The Second Samurai is the sequel to the 1991 game First Samurai, released for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis and Amiga in 1994.

Shadow Blasters (四天明王 Shiten Myouou or Shiten-Myooh) is a platform game developed by Sigma Enterprises for the Sega Genesis video game console in 1990. It was released in Japan and in North America in a localized form.

Shadow Dancer (シャドー・ダンサー?) is a side-scrolling action game produced by Sega originally released as an arcade game in 1989. It is the second arcade game in the Shinobi series, following the original Shinobi itself. The game was developed on the Sega System 18 motherboard hardware. Home versions were released for the Master System and various home computers. A remake was also developed for the Mega Drive/Genesis titled Shadow Dancer: The Secret of Shinobi.
