Ghostbusters is a supernatural comedy, multi-media franchise created in 1984. Its first product was the movie Ghostbusters, released on June 8, 1984 by Columbia Pictures. It centers around a group of eccentric New York City parapsychologists who investigate and capture ghosts for a living. For the movie, the franchise licensed action figures, novelizations, and other original materials to be produced around the movies' theme. After the initial success, they released original material in other fields such as comic books, video games, television series, and a theme park attraction.

Ghouls 'n Ghosts (Japanese: 大魔界村 Hepburn: Daimakaimura?, lit. "Great Demon World Village") is a platform game/run and gun developed by Capcom and released as an arcade game in 1988, and subsequently ported to a number of other platforms. It is the sequel to Ghosts 'n Goblins and the second game in the Ghosts 'n Goblins series.

Gods is a 1991 video game by The Bitmap Brothers where the player is cast as Hercules in his quest to achieve immortality. The game was first made for Amiga and Atari ST computers and then ported for various other platforms. Like other Bitmap Brothers' games, Gods was highly praised by critics thanks to the quality graphics and music. The enemy AI was praised - it would adapt not only to the player position, but also to his skill. Some rooms contain inaccessible items - smaller "thieves" show up from a passage in the wall, try to grab the item and bring it back to another point in the room or disappear with it. The player is able to obtain the item if they shoot the thief at the correct time. Bonuses are awarded for reaching certain parts of the level under a certain limit of time or number of lives, bringing an object to a room or simply by playing poorly, where the game helps the player. As was common with Bitmap Brothers, an external musician assured the game score, this time John Foxx as Nation 12.[1] The box cover illustration was designed by the British comic book artist Simon Bisley.

Grand Slam Tennis (EA SPORTS グランドスラム テニス) is a tennis video game, developed by EA Canada, and was initially released for the Wii on June 8, 2009. Versions for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 were planned to be released Autumn 2009, but they have been "delayed indefinitely". Instead, a sequel, Grand Slam Tennis 2, was released exclusively for those consoles on February 2012. Some features for the Wii version include online play, Wii MotionPlus functionality, pick up and play, a Grand Slam career mode, and all four Grand Slam locations, including Wimbledon. The Wii version was also the first title in Europe to be bundled with the Wii MotionPlus. The in-game music was created by Paul van Dyk, who wrote and produced all the tracks in the game.

Disney's Magical Quest, known in Japan as Mickey's Magical Adventure (ミッキーのマジカルアドベンチャー Mikī no Majikaru Adobenchā?), is a Disney platform game trilogy released by Capcom. The games star Mickey Mouse and, (depending on the game version), either Minnie Mouse or Donald Duck, who must defeat Peg-Leg Pete. The gameplay is similar among all games in the series: the player must move as in a typical platform game, defeating enemies either by jumping on them or by grabbing and throwing blocks at them. One of the most notable gameplay features of the series is the ability to change characters' outfits, which give characters different special abilities. Other gameplay elements in the series include the ability to expand the player's health meter by collecting special hearts, and to shop for items using coins that are scattered throughout the game.

Granada (グラナダ?) is a 1990 shoot 'em up video game developed by Wolf Team and published by Telenet Japan in Japan first for the Sharp X68000 and later the Sega Mega Drive, with a North American Sega Genesis release by Renovation Products the following year.
